Tim’s Rescue Kitchen
Tim’s Rescue Kitchen is a rescue kitchen that accepts produce, meat, and other items from Rescue Partners, like local farms and grocery stores, transforms them into frozen meals, and distributes the meals in single- and family-sized portions to regional communities in need.
We take healthy, fresh food that would have gone to waste and create healthy, chef-prepared meals to share with our community. We distribute to churches with feeding programs, low-income senior living communities, shelters, and other organizations that serve adults, children, and families in need.
Donating
Farms, grocery stores, and even restaurants are invited to become Rescue Partners who help feed our community. We will pick up and accept your unused foods and turn them into healthy meals, improving distribution for the food insecure in NW Ohio.
Please read the donation guidelines PDF here for complete instructions.
Distributing
Does your community have a need? Become a Share Partner!
Share Partners will either keep the meals frozen and distribute them at their convenience or Tim’s Rescue Kitchen volunteers will distribute the frozen meals on-site directly to the consumer from our refrigerated truck.
