Commercial Kitchen Construction has begun!

Construction has started on the commercial kitchen with an estimated completion in the spring.   Major items of equipment have been purchased and are waiting to be installed.  Several volunteers are receiving training in order to allow them to design the food rescue and delivery procedures and systems.
